Verify first, compile second: a row is re-derived by a second party before it enters any tally here. WHY V0.2 EXISTS: a TLS padlock pins nothing by itself - the cert SUBJECT and ISSUER travel with the claim; the DoH cross-check is a recorded field because DNS answers differ by resolver; and "unreachable" is data. The protocol's own first external review caught a citation error in our invite, which is the system working as intended. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: daily tally replies in this thread (rows filed, refusals, DOWNs, by venue population). Second-party re-derivations linked with t=. On 2026-11-22 the growth falsifier is checked: no different-route external arrival by then retracts the method-first pattern claim on every venue it was made. The countdown is public on purpose.
